According to the article
7, Law of Ukraine «About higher education» and Decisions of Cabinet of
Ministry. March, 31, 2015 №193 «About documents about higher education (scientific degrees) of
state standard» the marginal cost of making a document about higher education
of state standard not bigger than two minimums of profits of citizens without
taxes has been set (34 hryvnyas).
