PARTICIPATION OF FOOD TECHNOLOGY SPECIALTY STUDENTS IN THE FIRST UKRAINIAN "HAKATON OF LAKTALIS-UKRAINE" COMPANY
Students of the University specialty 181 "Food Technologies" took part in the First All-Ukrainian Hakaton (LactalisHackathonUA2019). The event was held by Lactalis-Ukraine Company in Kyiv (Nivki Hall). The team of the university numbered 25 people, captain - Degtyaryuk Maxim. Coordinator of the event from DSAEU - associate professor of technology of storage and processing of agricultural products Kovalyova O.S.

This event is a marathon of ideas concerning the dairy industry in the food industry. 12 hours of searching for universal and non-traditional solutions for key subdivisions of Lactalis-Ukraine company. The participants of Hakaton not only got acquainted with the top management of the company Lactalis in Ukraine, but also found a new circle of like-minded people from all over the country. Fanny team team (team captain - DSAEU student Sadovyi Dmitry) took the 1st place with the presented development of methods of communication with the consumer and reducing the cost of production.
