On February 20, 2019, a regular meeting of the Scientific and Methodological Council of DDAEU took place, which reported on the results of the internship program "FacultyExchangeProgram" in the USA, associate professor of the Department of Finance, Banking and Insurance Dubrova N.P. and associate professor of the Department of Economics Pavlenko O.S.
Pavlenko O.S. was trained at Ohio University in Columbus, and Dubrova N.P. at the University of Missouri in Columbia. Teachers spoke about their impressions of the US education system, the peculiarities of the educational process, the similarities and differences in each educational institution. It was also interesting to learn about the agricultural system and food security in the United States, ranging from farmers and cooperatives to international agro-corporations that the teachers visited during their internship.
At the end of their presentation, lecturers noted that the internship makes it possible not only to see the organization of educational and scientific process in different countries, but also to compare them with the domestic ones; find opportunities to improve the latter through the implementation of their own experience and acquired knowledge.
Zabolotskaya I.O. - the teacher of the department of philology passed a language-professional internship in the agricultural educational establishments of France profile "Landscape-park economy". The purpose of the internship was to study the organization and content of the educational process in the above-mentioned educational institutions, and to determine the peculiarities of professional and linguistic training in the institutions of the "garden-park economy" profile.

According to the results of the internship, it was noted:

- practical practical orientation of professional training of students of lyceum;

- wide interdisciplinary training in higher educational establishments of the landscape profile, implementation of the project - the basis and the ultimate goal of the study;

- a developed and perspective direction of dual education in both secondary and higher professional institutions of higher education;

- popularity and development of distance and postgraduate education.

The acquired knowledge can be used to improve and implement innovative changes in the DSAEU.
