PRACTICAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS OF THE SPECIALITY "FOOD TECHNOLOGIES"

On October 31, students of the speciality "Food Technologies" visited the Brewery Center "FanaticBrewingCentre" (urban designer of Novomoskovsk district). Organizers came to the event with the creative, as they were the first students who visited the factory - conducted an excursion in the style of "Halloween". At first, all plunged into the history of brewing, gradually approached the current state of the industry.

Students, together with deputy dean for educational work Philipenko D., curators Koshulkom V. and Sova N. had the opportunity to see with their own eyes all the stages of beer production from the receipt and storage of raw materials to the packaging of finished products. The technologist answered a large number of students’ questions regarding the technological process. Visitors liked the lab, the mini brewery, the state of the equipment at the enterprise. At the end of the excursion, the specialists of the plant held a master class for tasting beer.
