PRACTICAL TRAINING OF STUDENTS IN BIOTECHNOLOGICAL FACULTY
Students of the first year of the specialty "Technology of production and processing of livestock products" conducted a traditional lesson on discipline "Fundamentals of professional activity". The lesson was held at the large industrial complex "Yekaterinoslavsky" of Dnipro district, where students studied the basics of the milk production of brown cows of Shvitska breed.
Chief technologist of this enterprise Perekrestova G.V. conducted an excursion to the production workshops of this enterprise, and Klymenko A.V. (owner) gave a lecture for students "Perspectives of a specialty for ensuring food safety of the country". Such systematic practical classes based on profile enterprises enrich students' knowledge.
